Introduction to our Chinese Class

Features of our Chinese program:

Learning reading, writing in Simplified Chinese.

Learning Pinyin, oral conversation, Chinese songs & poems.

Small group settings: up to 5 kids in a class.

Multi-sensory, multi-media, interactive and systematic teaching method used.

Multi-sensory based teaching: learning Chinese through listening, watching, singing, saying, touching, writing, moving & reading aloud. Good for student with all different learning styles.

Systematic teaching style: We use a popular series of Chinese textbooks (book 1-12) and supplement the textbooks with a series of DVD (Vol. 1-4; 16 dialogues in each DVD) that teaches daily conversation.

Sample syllabus

Interactive: Using flash cards, computer flash videos to teach Chinese characters, radicals, number of strokes, orders of strokes, Chinese songs, and Chinese poems. Students will play matches, bingo games to enhance their learning.
